Voulimeneas – a small haven of peace

About 500 m in the direction of Agios Nikolaos. From this quiet bay with a rocky niche and crystal clear water you can swim to Pantazi beach. Above the bay is a beach tavern with a large shaded terrace.

Pantazi (plati ammos) - very popular with locals

About 800 m in the direction of Agios Nikolaos. Soft sand, shaded by tamarisk trees, there are also beach umbrellas and a small beach taverna invites you to linger.

Katafygi – a natural paradise for adventure seekers

about 1 km towards Trachila. The lonely cliff lures with bizarre rock formations, turquoise water and the entrance to Katafygi Cave. The descent down to the sea is not very easy.

Stoupa - Ideal for children

About 5 km towards Kardamilli. There is a beach promenade with many shops, cafes and taverns stretching down a long shallow sandy beach, which offers a special beach experience ideal for families.

Kalogria - The beach of Alexis Zorbas

About 6 km, just behind Stoupa towards Kardamilli. Fine golden sand, tamarisk trees and fresh water springs as well as beach tavernas, cafes and water sports facilities attract many holiday makers. In a small cave in this bay, Nikos Kazantzakis wrote his famous book "Alexis Zorbas" in 1917.

Delfinia – a favourite beach for campers

About 7 km in the direction Kardamilli. Away from the coast road, this quiet, green bay with its fine beach is often only discovered by connoisseurs. The last 300 meters have to be covered on foot. Above the beach is a campsite.

Fonea – a hidden beauty

About 8 km towards Kardamilli. Untouched by tourism, this enchanting little bay has a white pebble beach, crystal clear water and a huge rock that juts out into the water and offers a natural plunge pool.

Calamitsi – a green paradise

About 10 km in the direction Kardamilli. The cypress trees which fringe the turquoise waters give this beach a special beauty.
